Health

Since a month (July 2018) I’m completely vegitarian. Because I ate way too much meat. I saw a documentary/presentation about veganism and it litterally blew my mind. Since then I’ve lost weigth, feel a lot better, feel lighter body wise (not that stuffy feeling anymore) and I’m very happy with it.

Life

My kiddo is almost four, and i love spending time with him!

Inspiration

A \now is an awesome idea by Derek Sivers.

It answers the common question, “What are you up to these days?”, those who have a now page say it’s a good reminder of their priorities. By publicly showing what you are focused on now, it helps you say no to other requests. Think of what you’d tell a friend you hadn’t seen in a year. and is a reality check for you to stay on top of what matters.
